CTE Programming Offered:
Students at Roosevelt have the option to join one of the two CTE pathways. In addition to project-based learning coursework and the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications, Roosevelt Academy students will hear from guest speakers, participate in field trips to industry sites, and complete paid internships.

Culinary Arts
The Culinary Arts pathway exposes students to the exciting world of restaurants and hospitality careers. Students will learn fundamentals of cooking, sanitation and safety in the food service industry.

Certifications: ServSafe and ProSTART

Global Service and Diplomacy
Students in the Global Service and Diplomacy pathway will learn the knowledge and skills necessary for ever-evolving careers in foreign service and explore political science theories and careers.

Internship Opportunities: US Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of State, and Inter-American Development Bank
